My father’s property had been on the market in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport for over 9 months with a local, traditional estate agent – there was very little interest, few offers and one failed sale.
We switched to another local agent Steve Litt who, along with Town & Country marketed the property for us. It achieved nearly 20% more than the original agent had informed us was it’s market value. The whole process was seamless, Town & Country and Steve Litt were very easily assessable and kept us up to speed at every step. It took less than 5 weeks from the property going on the market until funds were received by ourselves.
